Position Description:

• Manage one or more projects with varying levels of risk and complexity that span multiple Fiscal Years.
• Communicate with clients, programmers, and designers.
• Establish the scope, schedule, milestones, work packages and work breakdown structure for web design services Projects.
• Review designer's work and provide status reports for projects.
• Develop project cost estimates and compare to actual project cost information.
• Prepare items for project funding, provide budget variance explanations and insure billing is correct for customer projects.
• Define financial, time and safety risks that could affect the project.
• Hold kick-off and project status meetings.
• Inform project team members of changes in the project scope.
• Resolve possible conflicts among team members and insure that proper resources have been allocated by work package managers.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• At lease 2 years of progressive experience in a project management environment for senior project manager position.
• The requirement of a college degree for either position can be substituted with equivalent experience.
• Requires strong organizational, negotiation, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities, while working alone or in a team environment.
• Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Windows-based applications.  Knowledge of Microsoft Project or other software packages is preferred.
